Your field trip to Dauphin Island sounded like a lot of fun! That is really cool that you were able to touch stingrays and turtles. I am from Pascagoula, MS and there are four islands about 15 minutes from the shore. I have seen so many animals out there, like fish, stingray, pelicans, hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs, starfish, jellyfish, sand dollars, blue crabs, dolphins, and even an alligator! I love seeing all the different sea creatures. You mentioned you got a black eye while there. What exactly happened?
